How court substitution on Wokanda works
Wokanda is a B2B platform connecting law firms that need a court, prosecutorial or police-station substitution with verified substitute counsel – advocates, attorneys-at-law and authorised trainees. The client publishes a job specifying the institution, date and required status, and the system shows it to substitutes matching by location, specialisation and availability. Applications are automatically ordered by distance from the court, prosecutor's office or police station, making it easier to find a substitute in smaller counties too, not just big cities. Every substitute on the platform has a status verified in public registers – KRAIA for advocates and IRP for attorneys-at-law – so the client chooses from confirmed, authorised representatives. Settlement runs through Stripe: the client sets a budget or accepts the proposed rate, and the substitute receives the full net amount plus VAT, with no commission deducted on their side.
