Register with your role, bar chamber and registration number. Confirm your e-mail with a one-time code; on later logins use the code from e-mail or your 2FA app.
Create accountChoose your specialisations, verify your phone (if required) and set your base city – it helps match listings to you. You can complete your profile later.
Go to profileGive the activity type, court, date, required qualifications and budget. Once published, the listing appears in the feed and notifies matching performers.
New listingPerformers reply with a proposed rate and a comment. For each you see their reputation and how many substitutions they've completed.
You accept one offer – the rest are declined automatically and the listing closes to others.
You pay through a secure checkout. The money is held in escrow and only reaches the performer after the job is done – the listing becomes confirmed.
Once paid, a chat with the performer opens. Exchange messages and attachments (e.g. the substitution power-of-attorney template). Keep everything on the platform.
After the substitution you confirm completion and the funds are released to the performer. If you don't confirm, it happens automatically after 48 hours.
After completion you leave a simple positive/negative rating with an optional comment. Ratings build reputation across the community.
If something went wrong, you can open a dispute within 7 days of the date. A moderator decides the outcome: a refund to you or a payout to the performer.
