Where is Wokanda.net heading? The nearest goals and what comes next

Questions about the platform's plans come from two groups: lawyers wondering whether the tool is worth engaging with, and colleagues from the technology industry who want to know whether we have an idea reaching beyond the first year. So I am laying the plan on the table – aware that every plan is a hypothesis and the market can be a harsh reviewer.
Step one – the Polish market and lawyers' trust
To begin with, we want to enter the Polish market and earn recognition and lawyers' trust here. The order is not accidental: recognition without trust is worthless in professions of public trust.
Equally important is something that sounds less spectacular than expansion: we want to gather practical remarks and proposed changes concerning how the platform works. We are open to all critical remarks from users – and I write this without courtesy, because a product built by lawyers for lawyers has one natural advantage and one natural weakness. The advantage is knowing the realities. The weakness is the conviction that, since we know the realities, we already know everything. That is why critical remarks are more valuable to us than compliments.
Step two – the German-speaking market
As the next step we plan to enter the legal services market in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. There are several reasons: a similar structure of the legal professions, the high value of counsel's time, and the same, entirely unsolved problem of organising small procedural actions. A mechanism that proves itself in Poland should be transferable – with the caveat that every procedural law and every professional self-government has its own rules, and disregarding those differences has already sunk more than one promising product.
Step three – language versions and international Warsaw
We also want to introduce English, Ukrainian and Russian language versions. The reason is simple and visible from the windows of almost every Warsaw law firm: Warsaw is becoming an international metropolis.
Poland is home to a large Ukrainian, Belarusian and Russian diaspora, and also to a sizeable group of lawyers from those countries who face restrictions on providing legal services in Poland. We believe Wokanda.net can be a place where both find what they need – clients a service in their own language, and lawyers a space for cooperation with the Polish bar within the limits set by the law.
Will Wokanda match lawyers with clients? The B2C question
Yes – at a later stage of the application's development we want to introduce such a function. For now, however, we are building a B2B marketplace, and deliberately so: the relationship between two counsel is predictable, based on a shared professional language and shared ethical rules. It is the best environment for working out a standard.
Ultimately we see three uses of the platform on the legal services market:
- Finding, managing and settling court substitutions between lawyers – the foundation we are building today.
- A tool for law firms to contract external lawyers – easily, safely and predictably, in a standard defined for both sides by Wokanda.net.
- Matching clients with lawyers for specific actions – in a defined, closed standard, using artificial-intelligence tools: from recognising the client's need, through closing it into a fixed service standard at a set rate, to settlement.
The third point is the most ambitious and requires the greatest caution – because where a non-professional client is involved, the weight of information and ethical duties rises sharply. There is no room here for experimenting at the expense of someone's case.
Summary
The plan comes down to one sentence: credibility on the domestic market first, then scale. I do not promise that every element of this map will happen in the assumed order – there are no guarantees of success in building a product, and it would be dishonest to claim otherwise. I do believe the direction is right, and the best test will be the daily practice of the law firms that start using the tool.
Critical remarks are received with gratitude – they build the product faster than any roadmap.
